At NÉCHÉ, every piece is made-to-order, crafted specifically for you. This ensures a high level of detail, exclusivity, and intentional production.

Because of this, shipping timelines include both processing (production) and delivery.

Processing Time (Production)

All items are made-to-order.

Please allow 2-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Production begins once:

  • Payment is confirmed
  • Order details (including measurements) are successfully received

Orders cannot be rushed unless explicitly agreed upon.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Nigeria:  2–5 business days
  • International:  5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Courier service
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country
  • NÉCHÉ is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier issues
  • Customs processing

NÉCHÉ is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

NÉCHÉ is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier:

  • NÉCHÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers are advised to contact the courier directly for further assistance
