By submitting your measurements, you agree that:

  • All measurements provided are correct
  • You have reviewed our measurement guidelines

NÉCHÉ is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payment

Order Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
